3 pounds Roma tomatoes chopped
4 tsp sea salt
1 lime juiced
1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped
1 yellow onion diced
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 bunch cilantro chopped
1/4 filtered water

2 small onions finely diced
3/4 cup chopped chile pepper, hot or mild
6-8 cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
1 tsp dried oregano
juice of two lemons
1 tablespoon sea salt
4 tablespoons whey
1/4 cup filtered water
